1. Do not consume any alcohol or recreational substances for 24 hours before a session - Your mind needs to be clear for the session to take place.

2. Although not essential, it would be an advantage to have some sort of meditation practise or experience in quietening your mind before the session. Please let me know if you would like some advice on how to do this.

3. Please try and leave a full day before the session and after.

4. Wear comfortable, loose clothing.

5. Do not have any expectations of the session.

6. Try and come to the session with a high frequency ( happy, excited). Perhaps have a listen to some good music, have a good dance and completely let yourself go beforehand.

7. Prepare your questions and bring them neatly written or printed out.
